General/How to order

What is the All-You-Can-Eat special?

The All-You-Can-Eat special is a bottomless option that we provide, separate from our a-la-carte menu. The All-You-Can-Eat is charged per person and you can order as much as you like from the All-You-Can-Eat menu. Please note, fees apply for excessive leftovers and to-go. 

When is the All-You-Can-Eat special available?

The All-You-Can-Eat special is available Tuesday through Sunday. All-You-Can-Eat Lunch is available until 3 PM. All-You-Can-Eat Dinner is available starting at 3 PM. 

I see order limits on the sheets. Will I be charged if I order again? 

No -- you can request more order sheets order as many rounds as you like during your meal! The order limits on the sheets are to ensure everyone's orders are prepared in a timely and efficient manner. 

What is the difference between All-You-Can-Eat Dinner and All-You-Can-Eat Dinner Deluxe?

All-You-Can-Eat Dinner Deluxe includes everything that is available on the All-You-Can-Eat Dinner menu. However, the Deluxe option additionally includes softshell crab tempura sushi rolls, shrimp shu mai (steamed or fried), and up to 10 pieces of sashimi per person. 

May I order sashimi? 

Sashimi is only available with the All-You-Can-Eat Deluxe, limited to 10 pcs. You are welcome to order sashimi a-la-carte, if you would like! Please note that if you do not order Deluxe and you pick only the rice out of your sushi from the AYCE, additional fees will be applied to the final bill. 

What if not everyone in my party wants to do All-You-Can-Eat?

You can order All-You-Can-Eat, while another patron in your party orders a la carte! However, food from the AYCE cannot be shared with any patrons who are not participating in the AYCE. Otherwise, everyone will be charged for the AYCE. 

Can someone in my party not order anything?

If any member of a party participates in the All-You-Can-Eat special, there cannot be members of the party who do not order any entrées or participate in the All-You-Can-Eat; any member of a party that has an All-You-Can-Eat special participating member will be charged for the All-You-Can-Eat special if they do not order a separate entrée. 

May I order from both the All-You-Can-Eat Sushi menu and the All-You-Can-Eat Kitchen menu?

Yes! Both menus are included in the AYCE. 

 

Leftovers/To-Go

May I take my leftovers to go? 

Any leftovers to go from the AYCE will incur an additional charge, dependent on the amount that is to be taken to go. This fee does not apply to taking a la carte items to go.

Will I be charged if I leave leftovers, even if I don't take them to go? 

With the AYCE, we do apply additional fees if food is leftover from the AYCE, dependent on the amount leftover. Please note that this is a standard practice with All-You-Can-Eat/bottomless specials in the restaurant industry. 

Gratuity/Tip

Is tip and tax included in the All-You-Can-Eat price?
Tip and tax are not included in the All-You-Can-Eat price. For parties of 5 people or more, we do automatically apply a 18% gratuity to the bill.
